Lights On in the Capital of Romania
Light is an messenger of success. For the Cultural Project Centre of the City of Bucharest – ARCUB, Birgit Zander develops artistic productions for Spotlight Festival in Bucharest. She implements her ideas with unique artistic works, e.g. “Angels of Freedom”, “Pinguin Armee” and “Light Carpet” in 2016. Two artistic still image projections shine the university library and Odeons Place in 2017. Also the “Guardians of Time” are present on Odeons Place and in front of the national museum for national history Romania. This open the hearts of the audience, ensures intercultural exchange and spreads the magic through an extensive measures of communication in the world.
